What does “Start free” include?+
Sign up and you can run one complete tournament with up to 2 teams — registration, live auction, phone bidding, everything — at no cost and with no payment details. It’s there so you can test the whole thing and decide.
How much does it cost beyond the free plan?+
Every team beyond the first 2 is ₹150. All features are included either way — the only difference is the number of teams. Contact us and we’ll upgrade your tournament.
Can I get a demo first?+
Yes. Book a demo and we’ll walk you through the whole auction by call or WhatsApp — before you sign up or any time during your trial.
What support do I get?+
Full support throughout your auction — before, during and after the live event — by phone call, WhatsApp or email, whichever is quickest for you.
Do franchise owners need to install anything?+
No. The franchise console runs in any phone browser. They enter the access code you give them and start bidding.
Can I run the auction in a room and online at the same time?+
Yes. Bid on behalf of teams who are in the room from the control room while remote owners bid from their phones.
Can I stream it?+
Yes. Use the big-screen URL as a full-screen capture, or add the transparent overlay URL as an OBS / vMix browser source.
What if I click the wrong button?+
Undo the last bid, revert a completed sale (the purse is refunded), or re-open unsold players for another round.
What happens if my connection drops?+
Screens reconnect automatically and re-sync to the current lot. The auction state lives on the server, not in your browser.
